\"MardiGras\"<\/a>The ChezHelvetica Krewe celebrated “Fat Tuesday” in Carnaval style – beads, masks, Cajun Stew<\/a> and all! The aroma of bayou bliss had the table \"MardiGrasMask\"<\/a>jumping with Red Beans, Rice, Busseto<\/em> Herbes de Provence Salami (instead of sausage), Prawns, Red Onion, Tomatoes, Garlic, Celery and a dash of Worschester Sauce. Memories of a visit to\u00a0Blaine Kern’s Mardi Gras World<\/a>\u00a0in New Orleans recalled the magical site where floats for the parade have been constructed for decades. Rancho Zabaco<\/em> (reminded me of Zydeko) Zinfandel kept this parade moving to a fitting dessert, Imagine Chocolate<\/em>\u00a0Truffles (replete with liner notes) and\u00a0Ben & Jerry’s<\/em> Cherry Garcia Ice cream.
