The meal started with traditional <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicurious.com\/recipes\/food\/views\/traditional-apple-walnut-charoset\">Apple-Walnut <em>Charoset<\/em><\/a> and Horseradish on <em>Yehuda<\/em> Matzo, accompanied by roasted Mt. Lassen Trout. Steaming <em>Manischewitz<\/em> Matzo Ball Soup with fresh Dill followed. Our main course beckoned ~ Cinnamon Butter Baked Carrots surrounding Rotisserie Chicken and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicurious.com\/recipes\/food\/views\/parmesan-roasted-cauliflower\">Parmesan-Roasted Cauliflower<\/a> fragrant with Onion, Garlic and Thyme.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-10918\" src=\"https:\/\/chezhelvetica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Passover26-Main-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chezhelvetica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Passover26-Main-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chezhelvetica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Passover26-Main.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 85vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Family embraced us from afar, albeit from another state or heaven, through their beautiful table setting gifts.
