From mid-17th century England, desserts with fruit were so named Fool. Similar to a Trifle, the original &#8220;Foole&#8221; consisted of custard and stewed fruit. Today&#8217;s recipes most often include whipped cream as this\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.marthastewart.com\/313663\/blackberry-fool\" target=\"_blank\">Blackberry Fool<\/a> from Martha Stewart Living. The incredible Blackberries from Florin Gardens provided the inspiration for this delicious dessert and a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kingarthurflour.com\/recipes\/heavenly-healthy-banana-bread-recipe\" target=\"_blank\">Heavenly Healthy Banana Bread<\/a>.
