French accents inspired a delightful gathering of <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-6798\" src=\"http:\/\/chezhelvetica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/FrenchFruit-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>very creative, dear friends known as the<em>\u00a0Cava Five. <\/em>With namesake\u00a0sparkling <em>Cava<\/em> Mimosas (or pure <em>Segura Viudas<\/em> Brut Cava) in hand, the party of delectable food and wine unfolded. The sweetest of Berries with red Grapefruit and Mint accompanied our entr\u00e9e of <a href=\"http:\/\/thepioneerwoman.com\/cooking\/cinnamon-baked-french-toast\/\">Cinnamon Baked French Toast<\/a> (made with Sour <em>B\u00e2tard<\/em>) and savory thick cut Bacon &#8211; further elevated by pairing with elegant\u00a0<em>Henri Bourgeois<\/em> Les Baronnes Sancerre. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-6795\" src=\"http:\/\/chezhelvetica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/FrenchDesserts-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>An incredible array of French Cheeses (<em>Florette<\/em> Goat, <em>Belletoire<\/em> Cow, <em>Oussau Iraty<\/em> Sheep, <em>Gres Champenois<\/em> Cow, and <em>Camembert<\/em> Cow) followed with the finest of French Chocolates and Macarons. Exquisite <em>Louis Jadot<\/em> M\u00e2con-Villages Chardonnay accompanied this final course.
