Shenson’s<\/a> corned beef from Costco, roasted in a convection oven, brought smiles even to the leprechaun. Or maybe it was the Guinness<\/a> Draught?! Pureed herb roasted root vegetables and yams, combined with cream cheese, made a wonderful spread for the Irish Soda Bread. Fresh from the ovens of\u00a0 John Campbell’s Irish Bakery<\/a>, this raisin-studded bread was the best I have ever tasted.
