After researching kid-friendly dishes, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delish.com\/cooking\/recipe-ideas\/a24229816\/frittata-recipe\/\">Frittata<\/a>\u00a0seemed like a good choice for our meal, made even more fun by using a paella pan in the preparation. With Shallot, Garlic, Cremini Mushrooms, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Eggs, Half &amp; Half and Baby Spring Mix Lettuce (instead of Spinach), it indeed starred as a savory sensation! \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.allrecipes.com\/recipe\/237083\/oven-baked-sweet-potato-fries\/\">Sweet Potato Fries<\/a> (roasted in Sesame Oil, Smoked Paprika and Garlic) created a wonderful side dish, especially accompanied by <em>Stonewall Kitchen<\/em>&#8216;s Lemon Herb Aioli and <em>Sir Kensington&#8217;s<\/em> Classic Ketchup. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-9804\" src=\"http:\/\/chezhelvetica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Carnations-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Homemade Lemonade was the perfect summer beverage to serve at the gathering. Our sweet finish:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/celebratingsweets.com\/mixed-berry-crumble-bars\/\">Mixed Berry Crumble Bars<\/a> (using Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries from <em>Medina Berry Farms<\/em>\u00a0at the <em>VA Farmer&#8217;s Market<\/em> and juicy Blackberries from Tony&#8217;s farm).
